US Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I use waterproof ( I live in rainy Seattle) envelopes that are recycable, yeah! Good for the enviroment!

What are the washing/care instructions? top
All FLEECE and BERBER hats should be turned inside out, wash in COLD WATER, tumble dry with LOW heat.
All FAUX FUR hats- machine wash or handwash in COLD WATER, tumble dry NO heat. Then give the faux fur hat a good shake and it will be nice and fluffy again. You will know if you dried your furry hat with heat, it will look like your Grandma's 70 year old wig!!
Fleece: I only use pill-free fleece!

RETURN POLICY/ EXCHANGES
If you are not overwhelmed with delight about your purchase, please return item within 14 days with a copy of your invoice. Returned items must not be worn and the hang tag must be attached.

These are buttons. They are sewn on very tight and for added security, they are also hot glued.
